This was my first time buying a new home. Terry is AWESOME!! Actually, words really can't describe the experience that I had with Terry as my realtor, he is so much more!! The first time I talked to Terry, I knew he was not like most realtors, in it for the sale! Terry took the time to get to know me personally. He asked about my family, what I enjoyed doing and also shared some personal stuff about himself too. He kept it very professional, however he made the experience very comfortable and kept the "human" factor in there as well. It was not all about let's get you into a home just to get you in to a home, it was about finding something that I was going to love and want to live in for many years to come, which we did end up finding!

Terry is dedicated to helping get you in to the right place for you, and not what he thinks you need. He listened to my wants and needs and would make suggestions based on what I told him allowing me to see things from different perspectives. When I messaged him about a property that I really liked just from the pictures, he immediately went in to action and got an appointment to go see it the next day. He also sent a few others to go look at as well. This was the beginning to a journey with a few hiccups along the way, but with Terry on my side we overcame them all and he helped to keep me positive and sane throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was on track and if it was not he figured out where the disconnects were and as we got closer to closing, he coached me through contacting who I needed to contact to get issues addressed. He was there with me every step of the way.

I highly recommend Terry!!! He is very knowledgeable at what he does. Thank you again for helping me find my new home.

Terry was awesome. We used his agency at the time in 2017 to sell a house and to buy a house. There was alot of issues before terry took over i wont get into that, but Terry took over in our buying a home. There was a lot of frustration and alot of hopelessness before he took over. In less than a month he found us a house and we moved in. Terry was so professional and put in extra hours and took a beating in our frustrations but never faltered when he was in charge. Not only is Terry the best real estate agent you could ask for after its over and you have bought or sold your house. Somehow you get a friend for life in terry barnett and thay was just a bonus from the great service. We love terry barnett and will use him anytime we feel we need. Terry found us our forever home and we are forever grateful.
