Terry Kaminski has been a successful full time Realtor for 35 years. She made Yelm her home 21 years ago after moving from Toronto, Ontario.
Terry's experience and enthusiasm for the business has earned her the recognition of being voted "Best Real Estate Agent in the Nisqually Valley" for 2002, 2003 and 2004!!!
Dedicated to community service, Terry participates on the Board of Directors of the Yelm Area Chamber of Commerce, The Bounty for Families Non-Profit. After serving 12 years on Yelm's Planning Commission, Terry was elected to Yelm City Council, and is now running for re-election.
Terry is a Managing Broker, VIP Sales Associate, Certified Referral Agent and recently earned her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designations.
Her Real Estate experience includes new construction, Builder Developments, Resales, Investment Property, Tax exchanges and Property Management.
Before her career in Real Estate, Terry had 10 years’ experience as a Guest Services Manager, Concierge, VIP Coordinator and Front Office Representative in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. The ability to be professional with all people and meet all challenges in an international setting has given Terry a unique set of people skills, and a lifelong sales and service orientation. She uses these strengths in her business every day. In addition, Terry has been a piano teacher, calligrapher and has a passion for travel, tennis, family, and German Shepherds.
