Terry Parker

Terry has lived in Galt most of her life. She attended Galt Elementary and High School. She went on to get a BA in Communication at Chico State. She came back to her hometown to work with her dad in real estate. Her father, Van Parker, has been selling real estate in Galt since 1973.

She now lives in Herald with her husband, Ron Owning, her our 2 children: John Owning 17 and Madison Owning 13.

She is highly active in the community, currently serving on the Galt High School Board and the Galt District Chamber of Commerce.

She is currently in the top 5% of real estate producers in our area. She has been a master’s Club Member (top real estate producer as recognized by our local Association) for over 5 years and am now considered a lifetime member.

The majority of her business comes from referrals, and she enjoys helping people make the biggest investment of their lives. Her clients are especially important to her, and her goal is to make their buying and selling experience enjoyable.
