I have used Tess Best on two occasions. She sold my home for me. During the process she was in daily contact about what was going on. She was beyond professional as well as honest. She always put my needs and concerns first. She made every steps of the process easy amd simple. If there was something I did not understand She took the time to explain it and not make me feel stupid about my questions. The second occasion was to purchase our current home. During that time where we wanted to buy was a very high demand with a very limited inventory. She worked extremely hard on finding every opportunity that was in the area. She has many contacts as well. She was able to provide multiple contractors that were able to complete all of my inspections needs. She arrange all of them and was present during every inspection. Which was impressive due to the fact I know she has multiple clients that she acts the same way with. She will always be my realtor as long as she is in the game.

Tess Best did an amazing job selling our home and finding us the perfect property in the specific neighborhood we asked for, which was not an easy task! She navigated the deal of our purchase with ease and had her contacts for inspectors ready to go to make the process happen quickly so we could close the deal in a short time frame. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone who has a specific property mind because she truly can find you those hidden gems that are so hard to find. We are so lucky to have the property, house and huge shop that we have now, and for the deal we got for it all with the help of Tess Best.

Tess Best, yes Tess is the Best Realtor that I have had the pleasure working with. I live in Southern California and I was looking to buy a house in Reno. I was worried about the distance between LA to Reno and how it might affect my ability to find a house and a trust worthy agent there. Luckily I met Tess.
The program that Tess is using that helped me find my home made everything so much easier for me.
She is very well informed regarding Reno’s housing market. Tess sent me listings that satisfied my exact specifications.
She is very knowledgeable, honest, and an excellent communicator.
We have kept in touch now even after escrow closed. We have become good friends.
She has a long list of excellent construction professionals. Everyone Tess recommended; from plumbers to interior decorators, did a fantastic job.
A couple of months ago I was fortunate enough to buy a second house in Reno and of course Tess and her partner Bailey were my realtors. The transaction was smooth, on time, and enjoyable. I couldn’t ask for a better professional team.
