Thayer Marvin is a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Oregon since 2018 and is ranked within the top 10% of the MLS. Thayer has a long line of clients that he has successfully assisted with buying and selling properties in Springfield, Eugene, Junction City, Harrisburg, Halsey, Corvallis, Philomath, Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, Salem, Dallas, Independence and surrounding areas in the Mid-Willamette Valley. He specializes in taking the time to listen and understand what his clients need and helping them create solid strategies to achieve their goals with real estate. The importance in developing strong relationships with people that he advises has built trust with his existing clients who refer friends and family to him and continue to utilize his expertise in analysis. His relational style has created his very successful business as a real estate agent and consultant. He operates under the motto of "is there anything in the world I can do for you" and means it going far beyond just Real Estate.

Originally, Thayer was raised in Hermiston, Oregon and went to college in Eastern Oregon University and University of Portland, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After spending a few years building a business as an accountant, Thayer realized that although he loved the deep analysis of finance but he was missing the relational interactions of getting to know clients on a personal level. Upon entering the real estate industry, Thayer discovered his natural drive to collect and analyze data in an organized manner paired with his genuine desire help people carry out their goals has produced a career that he loves and looks forward to daily.

The foundation of his business is built around ethics and integrity and he holds a paramount professional standard to provide services to people in a manner which establishes trust over the many milestones that can occur in life.

Part of Thayer’s regular business practices include studying the statistics of the local and national real estate markets and he also stays on top of the latest technology in real estate. He is regularly taking time to hone his skills as a broker in the areas of digital marketing, negotiation strategies, and lead generation for listings & buyers.

His personality type is naturally inclined to take time to listen to people and develop a plan that meets their needs, but he is also wired to analyze data and provide options which allows Thayer to guide his clients throughout a transaction.
