About The Randy Fix
Father-Daughter Team offering their clients combined knowledge from different generational perspectives.
Randy was born in Baltimore, Maryland and spent most of his early years in Western Pennsylvania and South Florida. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Randy married his wife Dianne in 1973. After 33 years and 16 assignments running operations for Sears, Roebuck and Co, Wal-Mart Stores Supercenter Division, and Target, Randy decided to stop the treadmill, moving to Bluffton in 2002. Having spent time in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Virginia Beach and Raleigh, the climate certainly has eased the transition. The 16 moves “educated” Randy on what it takes to be a top Realtor and he’s taken the cue to go above and beyond the normal expectations of the job for his clients. Randy and Dianne explore the Lowcountry on their 16' Boston Whaler, the Surfin’Terp. When Randy decides to golf, Dianne enjoys sewing. There are plenty of opportunities in the Lowcountry to enjoy the climate and natural beauty that makes it a special place to live. Leave it to Randy to find the perfect fit for your family.
A graduate of Penn State University with a masters degree from The University of South Carolina, Marisa began her career in real estate in 2005. She has worked in various capacities within the real estate industry and understands the importance of having an agent who is knowledgeable about the area and all of the details involved with buying and selling a home. Before joining Charter One Realty, Marisa worked with a local builder where she guided clients throughout each step of the building process. She loves being able to share with clients the valuable knowledge and experience she has gained in over 19 years in real estate. Marisa was born in Baltimore, Md and relocated frequently during her childhood for her father’s job in retail. They explored many new cities along the East Coast including Ellicott City, Md; Cumberland, Md; Virginia Beach, Va; Salisbury, Md; Richboro, Pa; and Raleigh, NC. She found something different to love about each place she lived, but after moving so much as a child she longed for a place to put down roots. Marisa moved to Hilton Head Island immediately upon college graduation and soon realized this was home. Today Marisa lives on the island with her husband Mike. Together they have three children. Avery and Landon attend The University of South Carolina and their daughter Kendal attends The College of Charleston. She enjoys a wide variety of activities that the Hilton Head and Bluffton area has to offer, including: boating, going to the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, shopping, eating out at one of the many great local restaurants, outdoor festivals, biking, golfing, and listening to live music. Marisa also stays busy outside of work as President of The Lowcountry Women's Council of Realtors. She loves to travel but is always happy to come home to Hilton Head Island. As a resident for 25 years, Marisa loves sharing with everyone she meets why she loves to call this her home!
