From start to beginning, they gave us good counsel on the sale, including pricing, timing, and--perhaps most important--the staging of our home for presentation to potential buyers. Be ready for a blunt assessment of what you should hide and/or remove from your home for it to show well. How could we have ever imagined that 5 book cases stuffed to the top would not be particularly appealing? Bottom line: our home was under contract in less than a week after the listing went on line--and sold for 5% over the listing price. Thank you John and Pamela!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to work with John, Pamela, and the Subry Group team! Needing to sell my mother’s house, I researched top realtors in the Thornton area and was fortunate enough to find The Subry Group.
Not having sold or purchased a home in over two decades coupled by the unique situation I found myself in of having to sell my mother’s house in Thornton while living in Douglas County left me with a lot of uncertainty and questions about the process. When I met with John and Pamela they were both extremely professional and patient with me, and provided the guidance and suggestions (and trusted resources) needed to prepare and sell the house.
After accepting an offer, The Subry team continued to do a wonderful job of keeping me informed and on track with regard to next steps, and coordinating actions that needed to be completed throughout the closing process.

I tried to sell my house in 2022 with a Relator that was a friend and only had a few years of experience. It didn't sell. Fast forward to 2024 in a higher rate environment it was time to try and sell again. I researched the top relators in the Denver area and The Subry Group was at the top of the list. I met with them and they gave me a detailed market analysis, suggestions on what buyers were looking for and came up with a game plan to list the property. We received multiple offers for over asking price within the first few days that it was listed! We are now able to move on to a new home despite challenging market conditions. John and Pamela did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. We released our original realtor and thankfully discovered the Subry team.

From the point of introduction, they established our confidence compared to the three other realtors we interviewed. They’re selling tactics, skills, and strategy worked immediately. We were under contract within the first weekend of the house being on the market.

All offers were legit and within our sale price range.

If you are in the market to either buy or sell a home within the Subry area, I highly recommend you contacting them.

Not only was it their professionalism, service and opinions, but their constant communication were very helpful during the process.

Their long-term experience also brings an inventory of resources to assist in fixing, replacing or upgrading your house to make it more appealing.

The Subry Group brings everything to the table. Another reason we chose them over other realtors.

I am sure there are several buyers or sellers that would just as excited to have the Subry’s versus their current realtor.

If there were 10 stars to give, they definitely would receive 10 1/2.

I would highly recommend John, Pamela, and the Subry group team after their work with us to prepare and sell our house. Their team helped us through the entire process. After an initial consultation, they presented ideas for upgrades that would best improve the home value and chances for a quick sale. They had a list of trusted contractors that they had worked with and had success with in the past.

After the house was listed and we accepted an offer, The Subry team continued to be there for us through the rest of the sale process. By coordinating various inspections and related repairs, managing the closing process, and providing constant communication regarding current and upcoming steps in the process, we were able to quickly and confidently close the sale.

With their level of knowledge, responsiveness, and contacts, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to any friends or family that were buying or selling a house.

If you're looking for the absolute best realtor in the Denver metro and surrounding areas, look no further than Justin Pfeifer! We were referred by friends that used him previously, and Justin did not disappoint. He is incredibly thorough and supportive throughout the whole process, from helping you understand what kind of home you may want and the pros / cons that come along with it, to the contract process, through to closing. Justin also has a wonderful Colorado network, including lenders, movers and more - and he's always willing to share his recommendations with clients. S0 far, I have had the good fortune to work with Pamela Subry on 2 occasions. Once purchasing a house and most recently, buying a house. I had been researching homes in the area for almost a year and was overwhelmed with the decisions and questions. I didn't know which way to turn; what was best for me? Pamela was like soothing oil on all of my waves of anxieties and fears. After talking with me and viewing several homes together, she was able to advise me and steer me in the right direction which ended with a great house at a great price. She never pressured or pushed me, just gently advised and guided. To me, she is an amazing "House Whisperer" with a terrific and patient attitude. That being said, her negotiating skills, in tandem with her great knowledge and instincts in real estate, have often left me speechless and feeling VERY BLESSED that she was on my side of the table. I know for a fact, that I couldn't have made the perfect home purchase without Pamela. As for me , I will never make any future real estate transactions without Pamela Subry and her team.

On both occasions I was impressed with the personal and thoughtful service they provided and with the high degree of professionalism they displayed. They are such positive people, and I felt I had strong advocates at every stage of the process. Trying to buy a home in this market had the potential of being one of the most stressful events in our lives yet the Subry team led us through every step and gave us direction that ensured that we found and secured a home that exceeded anything we dreamed of. We would recommend the Subry team to anyone. There attentiveness, integrity, and availability were second to none. Ours was a purchase putting total trust in our agent to face time the home to us and even do the closing walk through or should I say crawl through as they entered our crawl space to ensure at closing there were no issues, we were not aware of. How many agents would have done that? They went above and beyond any experience we have had in purchasing a home. Basically, we bought our home sight unseen as we were not able to be present at showing due to short deadline moving out of the home we just sold.

Absolutely amazing experience. In a market that was hard to sell my townhouse The Subry Group went above and beyond and sold for higher than expected. From pointing out every little detail to buyers and taking professional pictures to being available at all hours of every day, weekends included, they got us the best buyer possible.

On top of selling my house they helped me find my family home. With all of the details on my bucket list checked off, I found the perfect home for my growing family. Their extensive searching and knowing exactly what we were looking for, as well as their honesty to what we can and can not buy, we found the best home.

Pamela and John always answered any text or phone calls we had within a half an hour if not immediately. It was our first time selling a home and Pamela and John showed up on a Sunday to walk through paperwork and tax laws with us. They loved having our one year old daughter there during all the meetings, even at the closing meeting.
