Theresa was absolutely amazing. When we first started looking we lived far away and couldn’t drop everything. She made it so simple for us to look for the home of our dreams. She helped us go through many problems we had with the seller, and our loan. She went above and beyond to help us get our dream home and treated us like family. She is definitely the realtor you want when buying a home.

Teri is amazing! She really takes the time to know her clients and what they are looking for. We must have looked at 50 homes plus at least, the home that I purchased I remember calling her and saying we have to look at it today before it is gone, she dropped what she was doing and booked a tour. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I am so happy she was my realtor I could not have done it without her by my side every step of the way. The countless showings, calls, emails, text messages she is so dedicated to finding her clients the perfect home. She really is incredible! Now that my home is purchased I feel a chunk missing as we spent so much time together! I can not thank her enough for making our dream home happen! Teri has been an absolute star, we were relocating from South Africa to Michigan and she helped our family through every step in the process from searching, viewing right up until securing our property. She has in every point gone the extra mile such as working around our unique schedule, helping source finance options, buyer/seller negotiations and all while doing it for new residents to the USA which adds an additional level of complexity. On a personal note Teri has become a trusted friend and a member of the family. To give a window into her helpful nature, she even offered to pick us up at the airport and helped us move in to our home. We were blessed to have her as a friend and all the help she has given us. I cannot write a more glowing reference as I have no doubt that had we worked with someone else we would not be in the home right now and would have probably moved back to South Africa. We recommend her to all our friends and colleagues.
