My name is Theresa Douglas. I am a military spouse, mother, friend, realtor, mentor, entrepreneur and investor. Most importantly I am a believer that all things are possible if you just believe. I enjoy listening to the sound of birds chirping in the morning and the sound of rain at night. I wake up every day with a purpose. A purpose to live the best life I can for as long as I can. I love meeting new people from all walks of life, hearing their life stories and providing encouragement along the way. With my free time I enjoy couponing, going to yard sales and thrift stores. Finding unique treasures while saving money is my happy place.

I currently reside in Saint Johns County with my husband and 3 children after several military moves. I am very experienced with the process of relocation moves local and long distance. I enjoy working with motivated buyers and sellers. I bring a wealth of knowledge in customer service, finance and investing to the world of real estate. I believe that homeownership is a very important investment decision. My husband and I are investors and the experience with real estate investing influenced me into becoming a realtor with a mission to help and educate others on the benefit of homeownership.
