Theresa was the greatest agent ever. I work with a couple and did not feel like I was getting what I needed until I worked with her. The housing market is difficult right now and she need her best to get me as close as I wanted and did not try to pressure me to by something I did not want. She gives great advice and when we had road blocks she did not take no for an answer and made sure I got the house that I wanted at the best rate possible. I love my house. She is a great agent.

Usually I have sold houses myself as “for sale by owner” listings, but this time I decided to use an agent to maximize my sale price. With Teresa‘s expert advice and diligent work I received my target price and went from first day of listing to closing in about six weeks. She generated a tremendous amount of interest in the property and I had three serious offers within 2 weeks, which placed me in a great bargaining position for negotiating a higher price from the buyer offering the quickest closing date without any contingencies. Her service was far superior to my past experience with agents and exceeded my expectations. I am a stickler for details, yet she promptly dealt with my frequent questions and issues and was available any time of day. She really impressed me and I strongly recommend her services.
