Oh where do I begin from. Theresa Meyers became our realtor 2020. She help us in listing our home on the market. Initially we were scared to sell our old because of how the market had been. She assured us she will do everything within her possible best to make sure by the time our home is sold, we will have a new home to move in. She work side by side with us to fulfill her promise. She is kind, patience, friendly, open minded, knowledgeable, and listen to her buyers. Also she don’t force anything in your throat. She made sure we are in love with our new home before she sent offers. She helped us sold our current home to our new home by 2021. Thank you Theresa Meyers and I hundred percent recommend her to anyone looking to buy new home and selling their home.

My wife and I recently relocated back to Central Ohio from Texas. We contacted Theresa Meyers with Carleton Realty to inquire about some acreage she had listed as we were looking to build. Unfortunately, the acreage had sold. Theresa expressed a genuine interest in our desire to build and we quickly began to develop a relationship. Theresa was very professional as well as personal in her efforts on our behalf. She routinely sent us leads from various counties throughout Central Ohio. Theresa showed her versatility when we opted to buy an existing home and put our home building plans on hold. Theresa quickly learned our preferences and began sharing the appropriate properties with us. She stayed within our desired budget (4000k – 600k) and each house had portions of what we were looking for. When we were ready to make an offer on a property, Theresa was a skillful yet realistic negotiator on our behalf. We are thrilled with the property we purchased and grateful to Theresa for leading us to it. We unequivocally recommend Theresa Meyers to buyers looking for a seasoned, no-nonsense, caring realtor in the Central Ohio area. We will also use Theresa in the future if we sell our home.

I started looking for homes 2020, and with such an active market two other realtors didn’t cut it. I reached out to Theresa at Carleton Reality and she was able to help me with getting my first home. She was always in communication with me and the sellers realtor and always following up with me. After several rejections she made it happen one Sunday evening. We went to see the property Sunday morning and by Sunday evening the sellers accepted my offer. Theresa is a no nonsense professional that will bring you back down from the clouds and into reality, which is a good thing because you can get so mentally involved, you can get lost. When we bought our first home in 2018, Theresa was an excellent resource for explaining the process to us and helping us find our perfect home - and making sure when we got it done when we knew it was right. We had such a wonderful experience with her that we just had to unexpectedly move out of state that we reached out to her again. She swiftly made sure we were making an informed to decision and helped us to quickly get our home on the market. With her guidance and support, we made an amazing sale the first weekend on the market with a significant profit. I cannot guarantee these results for others, but there is no one else I’d want in my corner if ever buying/selling in the central Ohio market again.

Selling a home is stressful. Then add in a pandemic. Theresa’s experience and wisdom was a great comfort. We were glad that the only real work she thought we needed to have done was to paint some rooms, store some stuff in the garage/basement, and clean. She was right. Theresa was amazing to work with, attending to every detail to make the transition smooth, convenient, and worry-free. Our sale required that all four members of the family had to sign documents. Theresa put some miles on her car to show up in person for signatures, when needed, to meet deadlines and protect our interests.
