Theresa Varner

Theresa grew up as a mid-western farmer's daughter and has been in the Chattanooga area since 1989. With her medical background, she has always been in the field of helping people. Hearing friends talk about how buying/selling a house was difficult with their Realtor, Theresa wanted to make a difference. So, she obtained her Real Estate License in 2005 and began her journey. Theresa loves working with all buyers and sellers, including first-time home buyers, new construction, relocation, and luxury homes. She truly enjoys every transaction, and although some can be challenging, these are the times that make the completion much more meaningful. Theresa is proud to be in the 100's Club & Executive Club for many years and also enjoys working with the American Heart Association & Children's Miracle Network.
