Thom Widawski

Thom entered the real estate profession in 1980 in Loveland Colorado. As Managing Broker of Verus Commercial, Inc., he has overseen over $286,000,000 in real estate transactions since the company was formed in 1993. His focus is in all aspects of Commercial Leasing, Sales and Investment Real Estate, with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate and Land Development. He has direct experience in land development, having developed several residential communities and commercial projects. In addition, a number of land and “build to suit” investments as well as “speculative” commercial buildings are a part of his resume. Thom Widawski is a CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A thorough understanding of financial analysis, market analysis, and investment decision analysis is a requirement of this designation. Of the 1,100,000 real estate professionals in the United States, only 15,000 professionals currently hold the CCIM designation.
