Thom has been a successful Colorado real estate broker for over 15 years. He and his team have transacted over 1000 properties and many millions of dollars of residential, ranch and income-producing properties.

Thom was formerly a trainer/coach for Realtors®? nationally to create and sustain solid, ethical and profitable business practices. Thom has over 40 years of leadership, consulting, sales and organizational development experience. He was the founder/president of a training and publishing company and led a team who taught leadership development internationally to over 50,000 people to effectively lead and become persons of influence. He now uses that training knowledge to educate his clients so they can make the best qualified decisions regarding their real estate transaction.

Thom is a published author of five books and numerous articles on leadership, team building and mentoring. His latest, written with his spouse Sandra, is titled, “The Difference: Our Transformational Approach to Selling, Buying and Investing in Real Estate, which he will gladly send you a copy!

Thom is married to the love of his life, Sandra. They have successfully raised four daughters and have four incredible grandchildren. Thom is an avid motorcyclist, horseman, reader and fancier of jazz and blues.
