Thomas was born in Boston, MA. He relocated to Florida before finding home in Los Angeles, CA as a resident the past 25 years living in different areas, including Mar Vista, Westwood, Brentwood, Culver City, Palms, Encino, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, and Chatsworth. Thomas has extensive knowledge of West LA and San Fernando Valley neighborhoods and is very familar with Greater Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Thomas first ventured into the mortgage and real estate industry in 2004 at the age of 17 while still in High School. He has been a top-producing Agent/MLO at every firm he’s been employed with. The teams Thomas led have received awards such as top 1% originator, fastest-growing loan officer, highest volume, and top producer. Thomas and the Sunset team maintain a 5-Star rating across all consumer review sites since opening in 2016. His company was voted top 35 brokerage in 2021 and increased to top 10 brokerage in 2022 by Expertise.com. In 2023 was awarded Top agent on Zillow and rated best of zillow numerous times and has kept the pace into 2024. Thomas relentlessly looks for ways to improve operations, efficiency, and transparency to reach ultimate client satisfaction and streamline the process of mortgage and real estate transactions. Since Thomas holds both a Mortgage Loan Originator and Real Estate license, he has a more superior understanding of the industry than that of a solely licensed MLO or Real Estate agent. He is a preferred lender for agents at Remax, Keller Williams, Compass, and other boutique real estate firms.
In his free time, he’s active in the MMA community and has trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2010. He created a charity fund to sponsor mixed martial artists that helps them to compete on amateur and semi-pro level where they otherwise could not due to financial hardship. He is also the Captain of a basketball team at a local men’s league. He makes himself available to his client around the clock while still being a present husband and father.
