I can’t recommend this guy enough. Since I’ve moved back to Longview Tom has helped me get started in life by renting one of his charming apartments to me. Then when my family grew from 3 to 6 Plus 2 furry ones, he helped me find a new home. He guided me along the way acting as my therapist, financial advisor, and realtor. This man is one of many hats and will go above and beyond to ensure you get the perfect home. He even helped me install the new fence/gate at my new house so that way our 4 furry ones can’t escape and cut down a rotted tree. So if you see this guy out and about be sure to buy him a beer I hear he likes Fort George City of dreams like the true classy man he is.

I first contacted an agent in Vancouver, Washington who tried to get me to update my home into something beyond its value..from there I was given a lady in Longview, Washington who tried to devalue my home. Thomas was assigned to me in creating a Comparative Market Analysis on a rental home that the city was interested in possibly purchasing when they needed to enact their right of way and possible removal of home's garage for their purpose. The city felt the price was equitable and purchased the rental property.
Thomas created a market analysis, for that home and 2 other homes the family owns.
Thomas is eager, thorough and if you want to know what I mean, then put him to work for yourself.

To cut to the chase, I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas Gray to anyone that needs a realtor. I am a former realtor myself that briefly held a license 10 years ago. One piece of advice that I will give anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home is to find a professional realtor that knows their stuff. A professional. Not your Aunt that just got her license. Not your next-door neighbor that is a realtor part-time. But an experienced, knowledgeable, professional realtor. Thomas is that professional.

We started looking for a home in May of 2021, in one of the worst real estate markets that the US has ever seen as far as home purchasing goes. Extremely low inventory. Extremely competitive. The stories of people offering 50k over the asking price are not exaggerations. We needed a realtor that was aggressive but also patient as to avoid getting caught up in the frenzy of the market and making a terrible purchase.

We began by looking at multiple homes that roughly fit what we needed for our family. Thomas got a good feel for what we needed. His availability for showing homes was top-notch given our schedule and his communication was great.

After what seemed to be a month of searching, we found one home that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for and we put in an offer. Items came up during the inspection that could be considered not deal breakers in today's market, but they were items that we were uncomfortable having to address and considered them to not make the home worth the purchase price. Thomas supported our decision and we went right back to our search. Looking for a home is extremely stressful and I very much appreciated Thomas' ability to reassure us that the right home would come along if we just kept at it.

Eventually, we were able to find the exact house we were looking for in an amazing neighborhood. During the offer process, Thomas was able to structure our offer in such a way that gave us a slight advantage over competing offers that didn't raise our offering price. I believe this was the deciding factor in us winning our house. We had the better realtor.

Again, I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is professional, knowledgeable, motivated, positive, and extremely easy to work with.
