Originally from New York and with over twenty years' experience and over five hundred million closed transactions in both residential and commercial real estate. Thomas owned and operated West Side Properties, a boutique real estate brokerage firm located on the upper west side of Manhattan, specializing in the sale of luxury condominiums, cooperative apartments, and brownstones. Broker/President of Coastal Network Realty Corp., specializing in investment sales, leasing, repositioning of commercial assets in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, NY, and northern NJ.
Thomas also held the position of Real Estate Director for Daibes Enterprises. This real estate development company owned and operated a portfolio over one million square feet, continuing to Managing Director at Winick Realty Group.
Relocating to South Florida four years ago, Thomas has represented multiple commercial national and regional clients in South Florida as well as returning to his roots in luxury residential brokerage. In June 2019, Thomas joined Posh Properties, with offices downtown Delray Beach and Ocean Ridge, specializing in luxury residential sales and commercial sales and leasing.
