First of all, Tom is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I met Tom when going to an open house in 2017. We were looking for a realtor at the time, and told Tom about our wants and needs. We exchanged information and he immediately reached out and got the ball rolling! He answered every question no matter what time it was. He’s super responsive and prompt. Long story short, we bought our first home at a steal! He’s continued to keep in touch with us throughout the years. However, after working with Tom on finding our first home, we already knew he would be our first point of contact when we would be in the market for selling, and sure enough, we did! As our family grew, we felt we needed more space, so we reached back out to Tom to get an idea of what the process would be for selling our home. He again, was prompt with getting back to us and we were able to sell our house quickly! Thanks to Tom, we were able to move forward with the sell of our home in a short period of time so we could move forward with our next home! You’ll have the best time working with Tom and will not regret it. We recommend him to all of our family and friends since we know, by working with Tom, they’ll be well taken care of.

Tom is easy to talk to and competent. Luckily he had contacts with other people who are the same way for the mortgage, the inspection, and an electrician when I needed something checked on. It was great he made arrangements for a lot of details for me since I ended up being busy during the buying process and we only had 5 weeks from start to close. He was able to get the asking price down and twice he checked my impulse to be too generous/competitive, helping me to get a better deal. He had a good feel for the market in general, even during a weird year for it. He kept after individuals that we needed action from to proceed after my bid was accepted. Also Compass’s portal is nice we had multiple threads about specific houses where all the details appeared on the same screen as our convo about it, and the search filters were better than other websites’. The document signature website was also convenient. Definitely recommend Tom.

Thomas went above and beyond to help me sell my rental property! He is knowledgeable, understanding, transparent, and very responsive. I live over 3 hours away from my property and Thomas was super helpful with making sure the property was always ready for showings and keeping me informed throughout the process. He went to great lengths to get my property sold - no task was too small! I would absolutely recommend Thomas to anyone buying or selling a home.

When my husband and I started our process of purchasing our home we were a bit nervous about the whole process. Thomas put all of our concerns at ease. As we looked at homes in various areas he remained confident we would find our dream home even though at times I was a bit skeptical. After about a few months of searching and viewing many homes we found our dream home!! However, we had to negotiate our bid due to a bidding war. Thomas was able to come up with a great plan to help us win the bid and allowing us to buy our dream home!! The rest of the purchasing process went smoothly due to Thomas help with each and every step of the way. We can’t thank Thomas for helping us to find our dream home!!!

Thomas was the best realtor I have communicated or worked with. He was super personal in regard to the buyers needs as well as honest about the property. He was not just a realtor that was out there to “make a deal”. He wanted to make sure that the home chosen was one that was a good deal and would make the buyer happy. I looked at numerous houses with Tom and even when I liked some houses, he kept me in check with things I was not necessarily thinking about. I'm so thankful I got to work with Tom Rafferty as my realtor. I met with him and he talked me through the whole home buying process. He broke down how much everything was going to cost, explained what was negotiable and what wasn't. It was my first time purchasing a home and I wanted to work with someone who was very knowledgeable. I was confident working with Tom. We talked about what I wanted in a home and how soon I'd like to move in. We looked at several homes. He stayed positive and confident that we'd find my home and we did! One year later I'm still just as happy as they day my offer was accepted. I got a home that checked all my boxes within my time frame. I highly recommend Tom as a realitor.

Tom is an awesome realtor to work with. He assisted us for over a year to find and purchase a home in Montgomery County, PA. He had no problems arranging viewings to as many homes as we threw at him during our search. Tom was very helpful in pointing out any issues in the houses he noticed and suggesting great advice when entering our purchase offers. Amazing! I have been working with Thomas since I purchased my house. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is not like other realtors I have worked with in the past. He did not disappear once the was the sale was completed. He was also very helpful in not only in the purchase and sale of my property, but also throughout my remodeling process. He was helpful from finding reliable plumbers to fix my leaking pipes to general contractors for window replacement.

He also helped me sell my property. Once I moved out, Thomas took care of everything from inspection to clean up. I just waited for final approval and signatures and it was done.

If you are looking for a realtor who would go above and beyond even after the sale is completed Thomas is the right person. At this point he is more like a friend than my realtor. If I have to buy a house again I will definitely call him first.
