As a first time home buyer, I chose the Elk Grove/Laguna West area as the place to move and raise my family. We moved here from San Jose in 2003. The great schools, active outdoor lifestyle and affordability all played a role in making this decision. I can tell you - this is a great place to call home!
Helping first time home buyers make home ownership a reality is a particular passion of mine. I work extensively with a variety of down payment assistance and tax credit programs to help people become homeowner’s for minimal out of pocket expenses.
