I worked with Thomas for about 6 months prior to buying a condo. Working with Thomas was an amazing experience I would wish for everyone. Thomas is super responsive and knowledgeable about his craft, and has multiple amazing connections he put me in contact with that helped with both my mortgage anything law related in regards to buying! Not only that but Thomas is not concerned with ensuring you buy a place as soon as possible, but rather that you buy a place *you* want. Thomas learns what you like in the houses or condos that you visit and ensures you are both getting the best place possible. He also asks all the questions that I wouldn't think to ask when touring a condo that really brings to light how valuable a location is! Can't reccomend working with Thomas enough!

I rarely review services, but this is an exception. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea how the mortgage process worked. Thomas patiently guided me through the entire process, from finding the home to showing, bidding, negotiating, and closing. He also protected my interests and kept my wife, and I informed throughout the process. It’s an understatement to say how excellent Thomas was during this deal.

Thomas demonstrated the value of working with a dedicated real estate agent when purchasing a home. Thomas went above and beyond to make my life easier and less stressful while dealing with the problematic parts himself.

In my perspective, I chose the house, bid on it, won the bidding, signed documents, and waited. On the other hand, Thomas kept everyone accountable, resolved issues and timelines, and was respectful and thoughtful of my needs.

Thomas is your go-to if you’re interested in having a dedicated five-star premium service.

I had a very tall order with being long-distance and wanting in to a very fast moving rental market. Thomas was extremely respectful of my time when I came up to Boston. He gave great advice on preparing my application materials beforehand so that when we found the place we were able to jump on it. There was no salesperson-speak about the places he sent me--we could be straightforward with each other and it didn't feel like I was evaluating pros and cons on my own. Would more than recommend.
