Tom is absolutely the realtor you want! He went over and beyond in assisting me with selling a house in Indiana while I was out of state. Many things came up in the selling process that required his professional, prompt, and experienced attention. He did things for me that other realtors just simply wouldn’t do. Tom is both a rockstar and a rising star in the Indy real estate market. He has guided me through three transactions to date and has been top notch the entire way. If your experience is like mine (which it will be), you will be asking yourself “when does this guy sleep?” He is always working for you and his energy is seemingly infinite. Real estate deals can go sideways for any number of reasons, but if Tom is your agent, it will never be because he dropped the ball (and for what it’s worth, my transactions with him have always closed without issue). He actively guides you from house hunting, to negotiating, to inspections, to open houses, to closing and beyond. 11 out of 10. Will use again.
