Tom helped me out on 2 home transactions. The first one was when I contacted him to sell my house . I was very pleased with the presentation at the beginning and how well Tom handled the process. Very professional and he went out of his way to help with the process. The second was I had Tom represent me in a purchase at the last minute and I was extremely impressed with the research of value and the offer to purchase. And once again Tom went out of his way to help with the process to get the house. I feel like if he hadn’t I would’ve loss the deal. In summary I would totally recommend Tom as realtor to anybody who is looking to purchase or sell . Thanks again Tom I appreciate you.
