When we were looking to sell our house, we talked to several realtors to try to get a feel for who'd be the best for us. Tom was the only one who didn't try to pressure us into doing something we didn't want to do. Through the whole process of selling two houses and buying a new one, we were the ones in control and Tom was there to guide us through every step of the way through his knowledge of the realty markets.

Tom helped me out on 2 home transactions. The first one was when I contacted him to sell my house . I was very pleased with the presentation at the beginning and how well Tom handled the process. Very professional and he went out of his way to help with the process. The second was I had Tom represent me in a purchase at the last minute and I was extremely impressed with the research of value and the offer to purchase. And once again Tom went out of his way to help with the process to get the house. I feel like if he hadn’t I would’ve loss the deal.
