•Residential Single Family My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my customers. •Condominiums While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different kind of properties, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type. On the buyer side, I have worked with local and international customers looking to find their second home or vacation home here in sunny Florida.
•Investment properties They are all about numbers. I help my customers to grow their wealth with real estate, both buying and selling. I assist them in evaluating the income potential of rental properties. They trust my advice on when and how to best divest themselves of their investment properties. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, I have enjoyed a successful career in publishing. I managed or co-owned businesses in Germany, UK and Asia. I’m multicultural, an effective communicator and skilled negotiator. Having a keen sense of design and style, my passion for real estate became a career. Given my background, I’m fortunate to work with both local customers as well as international buyers. I’m helping them to find their dream home in Florida. I’m bilingual English and German.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors®, as well as Florida Realtors® and Pinellas Realtor® Organization, I’m committed to life-long learning. This includes keeping up to date about anything effecting real estate. I’m a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute / GRI. REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas.

I am also a designated Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). This certification is awarded to REALTORS® who facilitate the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination and are involved in this market niche.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, golfing, going to the opera, as well as spending time with my family. As a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, I’m helping a child to start a successful life.
