Kathy is very knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive. She has great sense of the market conditions and can provide you very reliable information on what should be a good price on property. When we wanted to buy a house in Elk Grove, we were looking for someone who understands the local market and can protect the interests of the buyer. She was great in both aspects. Even though she understood the market well and could sense where a property price will settle, she did not try to push us on a price. Her suggestion was always to see whether we feel that the price is good or not. She was always ready to answer all our questions in detail. Once we entered into the deal, she and her office took care of all the logistics related to inspections, escrow, disclosures etc. All this can be overwhelming for a first time buyer but with her help we sailed through easily.
