I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to start.
From the beginning Tiffany made the process easy for me. She educated me on the home buying process, what to expect, and answered any questions I had along the way. She always helped to guide me in the right direction when we were looking at homes and was great with communication and response times. By the end of the process I ended up in a home that I love and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend her 100% and definitely use her again for any future buying/selling.

Sometimes you think dealing with family to purchase a home or just do business with in general can turn out catastrophic. Not my case. I was really happy that I chose to go with Bingham Realty. Tiffany had so much patience with my family. It seems like every day I had some thing new that I either wanted or did not want in a home. This woman spent a good year on us looking for our forever home! Some days I would have her driving around seeing five different houses in five different directions 😆. Bingham Realty would be family after this adventure regardless of our shared names. We appreciate you Tiffany!!

Through the years Tiffany has show us multiple listings and guided us in our home search. She has always been patient and thoughtful, researching every possibility regarding that community or area.
