Tim Bryan

Tim is now in his 36th year as a Broker-Associate in Paso Robles as well as being a life long resident.
Starting his career in 1980, he became a co-owner & founder of one of the most successful offices in the area in 1983, selling his interest in 1996 but staying on as a Broker-Associate there until 2001.
In 2001, he joined Re/Max Parkside Real Estate, his current office. During his career, Tim has received many international production rewards. At Re/Max, he has received the Platinum Award, the Chairman's Club Designation three times , been in the Re/Max top 100 agents nationwide, been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame and also received the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement award . He has also been named Realtor of the Year twice by the Paso Robles Association of Realtors as well being on their Board of Directors 4 times.
Tim is well known for his real estate expertise and knowledge of the local area. He is very active in all property type sales and especially country properties including estate homes, rural residential, acreage, vineyard and equestrian properties.
