Tim Conarro has been actively involved in the metro Denver real estate market since 2003, both as a realtor and as an investor.
Prior to joining The Colorado Group, Tim was among the top producers for a 100+ agent real estate firm in Denver, specializing in investment real estate. He was involved in the purchase, sale, remodel or property management of dozens of Colorado investment properties from Larimer to Douglas Counties, as well as in six other states.
Tim enjoys educating people on how to invest wisely in the local real estate market and in helping individuals find ways to save money when buying or selling a home. He is adept at assisting clients purchase foreclosure properties including short sales, bank-owned and HUD properties, and advises clients on the use of creative financing techniques that lead to successful transactions.
Previous Professional Experience:
In Boulder, Tim has worked for both Amgen and Ball Aerospace in financial and contract management positions. He has 14 years of sales and marketing experience, achieved through owning his own expense-reduction consulting business and by managing a seven-state territory as a manufacturer’s representative.
Education:
Tim has an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in finance and has a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College.
