Simply put, Tim is excellent. If you are looking for someone who is incredibly knowledgeable about the town.... who can walk you through the complexities of the selling and buying process (and simplify it)..who can provide you with peace of mind at every step of the way....who is realistic about the market....and who ALWAYS has time for you despite what is a very busy market, then you should strongly consider choosing Tim. We are so happy we did, as he consistently made us feel like we were his only client. I couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else.
