I was referred to Tim Helton and Welton Realty from a good friend who couldn't stop talking about the excellent service they received and the abundance of knowledge Tim had to offer about real estate. So I set up an appointment just to check it out and soon realized that there was no pressure to buy! It was more about what I had to look forward to when buying a home and what issues might come about so I could decide for myself if or when I was ready. A surprisingly unique experience! Now I own a beautiful home and anytime I have a problem I know I can call them to help out. Welton Realty is definitely worth checking out. Laura Crofton

Tim was great. We were not the easiest people to find a house for, and Tim was very patient and made sure to only show us houses he thought we would like. It never felt like he was showing us a house just to sell it. He really wanted to find a house that suited us. When we finally found a house, the process hit a few snags that were not Tim's fault, but he went out of his way and did the job of 3 people to make sure our loan went through. He even talked my wife into giving me a man cave. We've already recommended Tim to 3 people we know who are looking to buy.

Our experience with Tim Helton is highly exceptional, he is professional and friendly. He treated us as though we're a family so we feel very comfortable speaking and working with Tim. He's always there when we need him at any time or day. Our emails are always being answered fast as we expected. Our next home, we will definitely work with Tim again.
