I’m TK Starchman—also known as Tim to many. My family and close friends have long called me by my initials, TK—a name that became especially meaningful during my mother’s final days. Today, I carry it with reverence as I help others find home.

Previously, I held leadership and account management roles in wireless sales at Spok, where client relationships and team performance across public and healthcare sectors were a priority. My ability to foster trust and drive growth informs my commitment to exceptional service today.
After three decades leading teams and solving challenges in wireless and software industries, I made a meaningful pivot—stepping away to care for my mother during her end-of-life journey. That experience deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to service.
In 2024, I earned my Colorado broker license and launched a new chapter with EXIT Realty. Since January 2025, I’ve served the Denver metro area and surrounding counties —bringing creative vision, advocacy, and hands-on expertise to every client.
Whether it’s navigating contracts, staging a space, or tackling home improvement projects, I bring a practical, heartfelt, and results-driven approach. I also enjoy composing piano meditation music, attending retreats, singing in my church choir, and spending time with loved ones. I love hard work, cycling, and an active lifestyle—especially when it involves home improvement or helping others by being of service.
I’m involved in mental health and addiction recovery, serving as a weekly facilitator for Recovery Dharma meetings. I meet people wherever they are—with compassion, courage, and a fun-loving spirit. Meditation keeps me grounded and connected to what matters most.
I believe in taking action on inspired ideas and creating value for others. I use creativity and abundance to uplift those around me. Challenges are met with maturity, and I strive to be a source of encouragement through service, humor and connection.
