Mr. Veigle sold a condo for me in Central Florida. The property had belonged to my parents, who had passed, and I was living in New Jersey. The association had changed management companies and things were not running well at all. At one point, I told him I thought we would have to take it off the market while I tried to get on the board, and that I would contact him when things were straightened out. Instead, he volunteered to go to their meetings and did meet with their maintenance people. After losing two buyers Tim, and some others at Watson, got us to closing. This is our second home that we are purchasing with Tim as our realtor and we couldn’t be more excited and more content with our new home.

Back in 2018, we saw so many homes with another realtor and almost gave up! We decided to reach out to Tim to start over with him as our new realtor. He took all our wishes into consideration and managed to find us a home on the THIRD TRY. We loved our first home and only when we grew out of it, literally, did we decide to start our search again.

As many of y’all may know, the pandemic has turned the housing market in Florida into an absolute fanatical, hot tempered game of Russian roulette. Despite all that, Tim again managed to help us navigate all of it to find a home that fit our family’s new and growing needs.

I’d like to say we got lucky but that wouldn’t be doing Tim enough justice. Luck is only in your corner in this market when you have a damn good realtor on your side!

My husband and I purchased our first home and we strongly believe it wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for Mr. Tim Veigle's care and dedication to our needs. Throughout the entire process he was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He was extremely honest and open minded especially when we were interested in homes that were possibly not the best fit for us. He was very specific with the pros and cons of each property which was extremely useful in making our decision. He was always available, day and night (at odd hours as well, we were somewhat needy). Once we were ready to put an offer on a home he was ready in less than a day with it and our negotiations started. We ended up not having the seller credit in the closing costs and got the seller to do some repairs before moving out as well. All while getting the house below asking price by a significant amount. I know for a fact that if it wasn't for Tim Veigle none of this would have happened as quickly and as smoothly.
