Tim Weldon

Mr. Weldon earned his bachelor of arts in historic preservation and community planning from the College of Charleston. Upon graduating, he immersed himself in Charleston’s commercial real estate scene as director of marketing with NAI's Charleston office before moving on to specialize in multi-family land and industrial sales and leasing. In 2011, he joined King Street Commercial, LLC, and has since facilitated a total transaction volume of over $150 million in commercial lease and sale transactions. In 2019, King Street Commercial transformed into Colony Commercial, LLC, still maintaining a strong presence in the downtown Charleston, SC market. He is a commercial real estate brokerage professional experienced in all property types, with a focus on leasing and sales of office and retail properties, as well as repositioning and development of urban investment properties. In 2019, King Street Commercial became Colony Commercial, LLC.
