In 1997, Tim co-founded Wilson-Feist Inc, a general contracting firm. In 2005, Tim founded Timothy Homes LLC, a custom homes and remodeling firm. In 2007, Tim was the President of the Dearborn County Home-builders Association. In 2013, Tim expanded from exclusively selling new homes to representing a wider segment of real estate transactions, and became licensed with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. Personal Background Aside from the three years he spent serving in the military, Tim is a lifelong Cincinnati resident who is very familiar with and knowledgeable about the communities that make up southwest Ohio. He has twenty eight years experience in building, renovating, and negotiating contracts in the home industry, which gives him the tools needed to evaluate, advise, and negotiate the purchase or sale of your home. Tim knew the true value of the homes that we were looking at. He is a former builder/contractor and he knew what things cost to fix, and if any defects to the home were to be considered serious or not. Very knowledgeable about the areas that we were looking in as far as the type of neighborhood (transitional, retirees, young families, mixture, etc..). I would recommend Tim to anybody.

Tim is such a great person in a world where everyone looks out for themselves he looked out for us his client when I wanted to commit to houses that were not what I told him I needed he steered me right back to what was best he pointed out areas of concern when I was behind sold on outer appearances he was there for every question and concern he was relentless when I was tired of looking Tim works for the client that's for sure he's very knowledgeable about the process and educates you along the way this is a guy to work with.
