Timm Delaney

After living in the mid-west most of his life, and while a student at Trinity College in Chicago and working on numerous homes on the North Shore of Lake Michigan, he decided he really wanted to live near the ocean and the mountains. In 1980, he moved to Montecito to attend Westmont College, where he earned a BA in Psychology and Business. After graduation, he pursued his MBA at the University of La Verne—his time as a student at Westmont College also brought with it an opportunity to apply his design/construction skills to many residential properties in the Montecito and Hope Ranch area. Eventually, he began selling the homes he once worked on and designed. A broad experience in marketing has equipped him with the superior negotiation skills needed to suit the uniqueness of every transaction.
