Timothy Churchwell, CCIM

Tim runs a team of commercial real estate professionals. They utilize a consultative and collaborative approach to servicing clients. That means that they take a team approach and the time and effort to understand clients' needs and implement the correct analytical strategies to meet clients' objectives.

Tim is the 2022 President of CCIM Mid-Atlantic, where he is constantly amazed at the talent and experience of the other board members and learns something every time they meet.

Tim has also sat on the board of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association overseeing the commercial council. In addition to his board responsibilities, he has guest lectured on commercial real estate at Regent School of Law and is a regular columnist on commercial real estate.

He is Commercial REO Brokers Association certified. Tim has done hundreds of broker valuations for lenders, investors, estate attorneys, and CPAs.

Before entering real estate, Tim earned his BSBA in finance from East Carolina University and was a Vice President and licensed New York Stock Exchange branch manager for a NYSE firm. He has also sat on the board of directors for Virginia Federal Capital Credit Union and the Jefferson Davis Enterprise Zone.
