Timothy Comstock

At Coldwell Banker, Timothy specializes in residential and investment property sales. Timothy got his real estate license when Timothy moved back to his hometown of Sacramento, in 2010, to raise a family. Timothy started in property management where he learned that it takes a solid foundation to build a beautiful home. His foundation was working with investor clients, managing their properties at first, then selling and buying new ones along the way.

In 2015, Timothy became a full-time realtor. Since then, Timothy has expanded his client base to include not only investors, but family and friends made up of sellers or buyers who seek professional guidance in their real estate transaction. Timothy prides himself on communication, integrity and focus. Every client is unique, as is every sale, and his goal is to achieve and exceeds his client's expectations. His business is "referral only" and his success is thanks to his clients and their successful transaction.

Timothy was born and raised in Sacramento. Timothy attended the University of California, Berkeley and graduated with a BA in History. After spending the better part of 2 years traveling in Europe, Timothy moved to Los Angeles and worked in independent film production for 12 years. Timothy has produced two independent feature films, This Old Cub (2004) and Jake's Corner (2008) and co-executive produced All Things Must Pass The Rise and Fall of Tower Records (2015).
