Tim came to the real estate industry after 25 years of customer service as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Company, where he serviced the needs of stock and options traders on three different stock exchanges. For more than a dozen years, Tim’s career change has allowed him to service the needs of home buyers and sellers with the goal of providing the same excellent customer service that his past clients at the stock exchanges came to expect of him. After all, when you hire a real estate agent, you want them to take care of all the details, so you don’t have to. Tim has been designated as a "Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)," and as a “Certified Distress Property Expert,”(CDPE).
