Tim Gavin is a self-made, hard working individual that sets his goals high! At the ripe of age of 16 years old, Tim made the decision to move out to Los Angeles from Phoenix Arizona on his own to pursue his dream, professional skateboarding. Living on his own at such a young age has been the fabric of Tim’s work ethic and proving so by turning professional in 1992 at 18 years old. “Those years were so great. I had not a worry in the world. I specifically remember living in so many parts of LA, Malibu, Hollywood, South Bay and the valley which is now great for my real estate career as I am familiar with all markets” Skateboarding has taught me so much and has given me so many opportunities and still does to this day”

Tim had amassed 20 years of sales and marketing experience as a successful business owner, entrepreneur and real estate investor. In the mid 90’s, Tim had recently made the difficult decision to retire from professional skateboarding and pioneer what was to become one of the most influential house of brands in the footwear and apparel business, DVS Shoes, Clae Footwear, Matix clothing and Lakai Footwear. Tim was Co-Founder and worked as VP of Marketing and was responsible for spearheading each brand from inception. After exceeding 120M+ in sales, Tim decided to sell the brands and look towards his next venture in life which ultimately became real estate.

Tim excels at the "art of negotiation," striving to get deals done in a profitable manner while working diligently for his client. Within the past four years, Tim has been ranked in the Top 1% of realtors. In terms of service, Tim provides professional real estate consulting in the Greater Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley to professional athletes, celebrities and executives in the entertainment business. Knowing how to define value in each of these locales is integral to Tim's ability to help his clients transition smoothly from one area to another.

Tim has represented some of the biggest names and influencers in pop culture. Building his business by referrals only, he has proven that his personality, hard work and determination is what continues to define his success.
