Experience Counts! Tim, a licensed associate broker has had his real estate license since 1982.
Before joining Keller Williams Realty Capital District, Tim was an exceptionally successful associate broker for a large regional firm. He consistently received Monthly Production Leader status, President Council Membership and the company’s Top Residential Resale Award. Tim has also been involved with management of branch offices, and a real estate trainer for a number of years; he also proudly works with some of the areas quality builders. Tim has also served on the Keller Williams Realty Agent Leadership Council. In 2001 he opened his own firm named Select Homes. In 2012 he merged his company into Keller Williams Capital District, and in January 2014 he joined with Danielle Enos and formed the Select Homes Team which specializes in New Homes Sales for some of the area finest builders, plus residential resale of Capital District Properties.
Over 32 years of experience! Tim’s vision is always to be innovative, flexible, and responsive to an every changing real estate market and trends. Tim specializes in working with clients in building new homes. Training, understanding, and vision guide the Select Homes Team.
Involved in the community, with special charities including Ronald McDonald House of Albany, St Anne Institute in Albany, Capital City Rescue Mission of Albany and Schenectady just to name a few. Tim is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors, and the Greater Capital District Board of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Home Builders.
Tim, with his wife Mary, and their very special black Labrador, Mandy, resides in the Capital District
