Combined with her enthusiasm and positivity, Tina's professionalism and experience served us tremendously well during our home buying and selling process. Her knowledge of the market guided our price point, and her strategy with when and how to list the home led to success! She put our home into contract on the first day it hit the market, and she guided us through a back-up offer and contract, as well. She communicates quickly and effectively, and her excitement for us was palpable. Home buying and home selling can be stressful, but Tina's humor, laugher, and reassurance helped keep me calm throughout the process. We really felt like Tina was an advocate for us, both as a seller and a buyer. She even offered resources for lenders and inspectors who all exceeded our expectations. She was flexible and accommodating with our requests. We are so thankful to have had her guidance and knowledge!
