Tina’s family has also been a part of South Bay’s history; from her paternal grandfather, who owned the original Bait and Tackle store on the Hermosa Pier, to both sets of her grandparents, whose homes in the Hollywood Riviera (circa 1920s) and in Hermosa Beach (1907) are still standing today. From her experience in sales and raising her children, Tina’s ability to think creatively and work efficiently has resulted in successful real estate transactions. I oversaw the renovation of this house to put on the market, including repairs, renovations, and staging - the whole nine yards.
