I rented a studio from Tina in PHX. She was very attentive, professional, friendly, and had good communication throughout the entirety of my lease. I unfortunately had to leave PHX on business, however the end-of-lease process was very simple and easy moving forward. If there were any issues, Tina worked swiftly to fix them. The courtyard was very nice in my small complex, and there was extra security doors for our individual apartments. I thank Tina for a smooth renting process.

Candid Realty care about their clients! They look out for your best interest and are honest people. Tina Larson was my realtor when we purchased our new home. She made the process smooth and explained everything really well. Very responsive and did not hesitate to answer the 100 questions we had. Highly recommend Candid!

My fiance and I met Tina when we were looking for an apartment to move in together. From day 1 she was professional and dependable and answered any and all questions we had. We ended up having her as our property manager for 2 years till she became our realtor and then helped us buy our first home! Tina made the home buying process so simple and easy, she showed us plenty of homes that were in our price range and gave us the ins and outs of the entire home buying experience. She even referred us to a very good loan officer!
I highly recommend Candid Realty to anyone who's looking for a new home!
