Working with Tina was an absolute JOY! My husband and I were total newbies to the house hunting game. We were living in separate houses after being married for three months and we were itching to find a place of our own! Tina swooped in and saved the day. She was super aggressive about sending us new listings and scheduling appointments. She was incredibly honest if she truly felt that a home wasn’t right for us and she helped to open our eyes to options we never thought we’d consider. When we finally did find our forever home, Tina was our biggest advocate in making sure the previous owner tied up every loose end before turning the keys over to us so we weren’t left with any surprises upon moving in. She was there with us every single step of the way and was always proactive about answering any questions we may have. And apart from all the above, she’s just an all-around fantastic person to be with! She’s friendly and easygoing but has no problem bringing you back to reality like a true friend would :) We’re beyond thrilled to be in the home of our dreams, but we’ll truly miss our weekly meetings with Tina. 100/10 I would recommend her to ANYone looking for a home (or a friend!) She’ll have our business for as long as we live. Thanks Tina!

My wife and I were lucky to cross paths with Tina while initially starting to look for a new home. Having to initially sell a home prior to purchasing a new home made the process seem daunting. In came Tina and two months (no exaggeration) later we sold our existing house and moved into our new home. She makes the process easy and you would swear you’re her only client with the attention and responsiveness she provides. If you’re actively looking to move/ sell or even slightly considering it I could not recommend Tina enough. Give her a call; you’ll be happy you did!
