Tina Roach

Tina has been a full time Realtor® with ERA Liberty Realty since 2007, during which time she has achieved the status of TOP Producer each year. Tina was named 2012 Realtor® of the Year for her involvement and dedication both to her community and the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors®. She has served on the EPBR Board of Directors as a Director 2009-2010 and as Secretary 2011-2014. She has been involved with the Community Service Committee and chaired several sub-committees.

Tina's clients have described her as reliable, open, honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She has access to thousands of properties through the MLS, strong relationships with local lenders, and remarkable success with Internet marketing. Her knowledge of the Eastern Panhandle market ensures a successful real estate experience.

Tina gives back to her community by being involved. She is currently an active member of Martinsburg-Sunrise Rotary, was named Rotarian of the Year 2015/2016. She received the Service Above Self award in Recognition of Outstanding Dedication and Service: 2013/2014, 2016/2017 and 2018/2019. Tina served as the Interact Leader at Martinsburg High School 2010-2016. She is also a two-time Paul Harris Fellow.

Tina has been a Martinsburg-Berkeley County member since 2008. Tina is a 2012 Graduate of Leadership Berkeley. She served as a Member, Board of Director 2015-2017.

Tina exists in Martinsburg with her husband Mike. Together they have raised two successful sons, both graduates of Martinsburg High School and West Virginia University. Throughout their youth Tina was incredibly involved in their school activities and sports Booster Clubs. She now occasionally baby-sitting her Grand dogs, hiking, and traveling.
