Tira Franco is an experienced real estate professional. Since 2005 she has worked in many facets of the real estate industry ranging from residential sales, asset management, property management, and mortgage lending. Tira brings a wealth of experience to every transaction and works with first-time home buyers and sellers to seasoned real estate investors.
Tira began her real estate career at Paradigm Financial Co. as a residential sales agent and mortgage consultant, and soon became the preferred lender for Robson Homes, a renowned boutique builder in Northern California. She later joined Treeship Capital and managed the full life cycle of commercial real estate investments: deal sourcing and acquisition, capital raising, relationship development, market analysis, due diligence, asset management, and divestiture.
In 2014, Tira moved to Los Angeles and joined Keller Williams, and in 2017 joined Compass, a national real estate brokerage located in affluent markets across the country. Compass has built a best-in-class, in-house marketing and advertising agency that creatively and strategically crafts the narrative of its agents and their listings through a modern, engaging, and cohesive brand.
Tira Franco earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and lives in Eagle Rock with her husband and three children.
