My husband and I had the pleasure of working with TJ O’Connell, who made buying a house in Virginia while living in California a breeze. Despite the distance, TJ was always available, addressing our concerns promptly. Buying a home without seeing it in person can be daunting, but TJ patiently walked us through each home virtually and gave us invaluable feedback regarding his impressions on the neighborhoods and surrounding communities. TJ is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me buy my second property back in December. TJ helped me win out over two other offers, strong appraisal, and closed within 12 days. Tj was such a savior to our family while finding a house. From day one, he was personable, respectful, and had our best interests in mind. We were buying from out of state with one weekend of speed walk throughs. He lined everything up, was respectful of time, offered honest input and never complained. He understood our crazy timeline of a military move and made it happen. We ended up finding our dream home and he took the initiative and got the ball rolling on our offer. He worked magic and got us in our house on the timeline we gave him. He respected our sanity (or insanity with all of our moving around, haha) and took full lead so we had time with family over the holidays. Even at closing he helped us with our kiddos so we could focus on the paperwork. He is a magician, and I cannot recommend Tj enough!! We are forever grateful!

TJ is AMAZING!! Me and my husband started working with him after needing to find a place to live on really short notice, even after also learning of all our challenges and everything.
He dealt with the landlord and agents and whoever else directly and was very informative and answered any question we had throughly. He was always kind and never judge mental or anything like that. He is definitely the man we will be going back to when it's time for us to buy our own home!!

TJ was awesome at helping find a rental townhouse that worked for me. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, especially dealing with challenging landlords. TJ also kept giving us advice even after we signed a lease and didn’t necessarily need him anymore. We really appreciated his effort and would 100% come back to him if we need to move again.
