Todd was born and raised in a small town in Iowa, where he was brought up by his hardworking and loving parents. He was a three-sport athlete in high school and was awarded a football and wrestling scholarship to Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa. Todd graduated from Westmar College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, and he went on to teach Science and Physical Education for four years in Iowa. During that time, he also coached high school wrestling and was voted the Northwest Iowa assistant wrestling coach of the year.
In 1993, Todd moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he taught in the Creighton School District for one more year before transitioning to a career in business. He owned and operated a successful household moving and delivery company in the Valley for seven years, working closely with his clients throughout the moving process. It was during this time that Todd discovered his passion for real estate.
In 2000, Todd graduated from the Westford School of Real Estate and went back to school to attain his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2006. He practiced real estate for ten years as an agent and, in 2010, he opened his own real estate company, Realty Arizona Elite Group LLC. Todd and his small team of realtors are hardworking and love what they do for their clients every day.
Todd has been happily married to his lovely wife, Nicole, for 18 years. They have four beautiful daughters named Olivia, Sophia, Isabella, and Gianna. Nicole is an incredible 2nd-grade teacher at Northwest Christian School, where she pours her heart into their kids every day. Todd and his family reside in the Clearview Estates Subdivision in Peoria, where they enjoy spending time together and going on family vacations back to Iowa to see their loved ones. They also love going to the beaches in San Diego. Todd and his family are proud members of Christ Church of Valley in Peoria, AZ.
Growing up in a small town in Iowa, Todd was instilled with strong values and beliefs in God, family, and country. He has a deep faith in God and looks to His word daily for strength and wisdom. His family has given him the strong morals and values that have helped him throughout his life. Todd is thankful every day for the men and women in the military who protect his freedom and allow his family and to fulfill their dreams and aspirations in this incredible country of America.
