Todd Launchbaugh

Mr. Launchbaugh joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in 1989. His commitment to superior client service has earned him many designations, including 1992's top-producing industrial associate, 1993's top producing associate and an appointment to the President's Circle for 1993 and 1994. In February of 1994, Mr. Launchbaugh was named a Vice President of the Ontario office. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in March of 1995.

A graduate of Don Bosco Technical Institute and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Mr. Launchbaugh has maintained extensive ties to the region. His client and property representations cover the Eastern San Gabriel Valley, where he is Chairman of the Business Development Committee for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of: the Economic Development Committee for the La Verne Chamber of Commerce; the San Dimas Chapter of Rotary International; and the San Dimas Rustlers. Additionally, Mr. Launchbaugh is an active participant in the American Industrial Real Estate Association and is serving on the Board of Directors for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Launchbaugh held technical and/or sales positions with Caltrol, Inc., Gould Defense Systems, and Nordstrom.
