Todd is phenomenal, he helped me purchase my home late 2019/early 2020 and just recently helped me sell it. He helped make everything quick and painless; the entire process was seamless. Todd is so quick to answer questions and explain anything I didn’t understand. As long as he’s available, I will ALWAYS ask him to assist me in my property purchases/sales. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you again for everything Todd!

With Todd's help, we recently purchased a new home. Due to the current market, home inventory was low and there were lots of buyers to compete with. Todd was patient as we looked at many homes until we found the right one. During the walkthroughs, Todd was very thorough on the potential cost of repairs of each home for us to consider to meet our budget. During the bidding process, Todd provided guidance and on point market analysis to help us win the bid. We never felt pressure to buy or set a price we weren't comfortable. After we closed on the house, Todd also provided recommendations on how we can save money on home repairs before we move in. We are very happy we hired Todd. We appreciate his quick response and professionalism during this whole process.

If there was an option for 10 stars I would rate Todd a 10. He is an amazing realitor! He went above and beyond everything for us, completely had our back throughout our entire house hunt. Todd Roberts is a 11 star in a 10 star ratings and you only have a 5 star rating. Todd in my opinion went overboard in assisting me in finding my new home. I moved here from the East coast knowing nothing about locations and current trends. Todd gave great guidance after I gave him my requirements and was very patient with my many questions.

I was very fastidious about a number of things and he was there for the followthru all the way. He is very courteous, thorough, and did great follow up with various seller's agents. Gold star work thru and thru. Thanks a lot Todd , it was nice working with and knowing you.

Todd helped my mother and I find a home. We were open to location. Todd provided great guidance about locations, what to look for, current real estate trends and helpful tips and tricks. He was patient with us as we went through the process.

When we were ready to make an offer, Todd was very thorough in following up with the seller and ensuring that we were moving towards a timely closing.
