Todd Schroth, licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, has been investing in homes since 1995, as well as selling and listing throughout the Central Florida area since 2000. Katie Ballinger, the closing coordinator and licensed agent, who takes each file from contract to close managing inspections, appraisals and having direct communication with lenders, title companies and the client. Rachel Tierney, the marketing coordinator and licensed agent, focuses on listing input, creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces and managing social media campaigns. Angie Schroth, the teams operations manager and licensed agent, provides assistance to where needed to support the whole team.
